Alterations & Repair Requests

Need your suit adjusted or repaired? We’re happy to help.

Before shipping your suit to us:

• Email clear photos of your suit and the areas needing attention to info@sublmtdapparel.com
• If requesting alterations, include front, side, and back photos while wearing the suit.
• If requesting repairs, send close-up photos of any damaged areas.
• Please include your full name and a brief description of what you’d like completed.

This allows us to evaluate your request and provide an estimated cost before your suit is shipped.

Suit Condition

For the safety of our equipment and staff, all suits must be freshly cleaned before arriving.

Dirty, muddy, or heavily soiled suits may be refused or assessed a $100 cleaning fee before any work is completed.

Measurement Requirements

Any alteration requiring sizing adjustments will require updated measurements.

Customers must complete our current measurement form and include it with their suit. Accurate measurements help ensure the best possible fit after alterations are completed.

Shipping Your Suit

Once your repair or alteration has been approved:

• Include your completed service form.
• Pack your suit securely to prevent damage during transit.
• We recommend shipping with UPS or FedEx and purchasing tracking and insurance.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from SUBLMTD unless otherwise agreed upon.

Turnaround Time

Repair and alteration times vary depending on workload and the complexity of the work needed.

Once your suit arrives and has been inspected, we’ll contact you if additional information or pricing approval is required.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after production is complete unless otherwise noted.

Tracking information will be emailed once your package has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can assist with locating your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every SUBLMTD racing suit is custom-built, all custom orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by SUBLMTD.

Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return within the specified return window, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email photos of the packaging and damaged item along with your order information so we can begin the claims process.

Deposits

Deposits secure your order and pricing.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your final balance. Orders not completed within the agreed timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the deposit unless other arrangements have been made.
